1. What Re:Mind Provides

Re:Mind offers tools, resources, and products designed to help people improve decision-making and critical thinking, including but not limited to:

• Digital content and educational materials
• A web and/or mobile application
• Physical products (e.g., card decks, printed materials)
• Email-based content and courses
• Paid and free subscriptions or one-time purchases

Re:Mind is an educational and reflective tool. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Re:Mind.

By using the Services, you represent that:

• You meet the age requirement
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

3. Accounts and Authentication

You may create an account using:

• Facebook Login
• Google Authentication

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

You may revoke third-party login access at any time through the relevant provider's settings.

4. Purchases, Payments, and Subscriptions

4.1 Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.

By making a purchase, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method.

4.2 Digital Products

Unless otherwise stated:

• All digital purchases are non-refundable once access is granted
• Access is provided "as is"

4.3 Physical Products

Physical goods may be eligible for returns or replacements only if:

• They arrive damaged or defective
• You notify us within a reasonable timeframe

Shipping timelines and availability may vary.

4.4 Subscriptions

If you subscribe to a recurring plan:

• Billing will occur on a recurring basis until canceled
• You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting support
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Services
• Share access credentials or paid content without permission
• Interfere with system security or functionality
• Misrepresent Re:Mind or your affiliation with us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, illustrations, and card designs
• Educational frameworks and original explanations
• Logos, trademarks, and branding

are the intellectual property of Re:Mind or its licensors.

You may use content for personal, non-commercial use only, unless explicitly authorized in writing.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Educational Disclaimer

Re:Mind provides educational tools intended to support thinking and reflection.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific outcomes
• Improved performance, earnings, or results
• Accuracy in every scenario

You are solely responsible for how you apply what you learn.

8. Third-Party Services

Re:Mind integrates with third-party services such as:

• Stripe
• Google
• Meta (Facebook Login)
• Email service providers

Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party platforms or their availability.

9. Data and Privacy

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

You may stop using Re:Mind at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

Termination does not affect obligations incurred prior to termination.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Re:Mind in the 12 months preceding the claim.
